Junhua Lighting

In 1993, I started a lighting factory in Foshan Shunde, which became Junhua Lighting today, with the help and trust of a lighting buyer looking for suppliers in mainland china. Since then, quality, value, and integrity has been the core value of Junhua never changed. With the goal to provide light to households all around the world, the safety and quality of the products is always our top priority. The logo of Junhua also expresses the our goal with the lamp and light over an house like looking shape and the red, green, blue references the three additive primary color model symbolizing providing a broad array of lights. Client satisfaction is very important to us as well. We always strive to make sure our clients are happy with our services and products. Junhua has been in the lighting manufacturing business for over 25 years. Quality, value, and integrity remain our goal to this day. We believe quality and reliability are the most important aspects of manufacturing.
That is why we have a team of quality control personnels dedicated to make sure our products are at top quality and reliable from parts and material to the end products. Here at Junhua, we want to always be proud of our products and customers satisfaction is what we chase for.

Design

Lighting Products Design

We have a lighting product design team dedicated to present new and elegant designs for our customers to choose from or customize according to our clients’ requirements. We have differenct styles and designs for spot lights, ceiling lights, pendant lights, wall lamps, table & floor lamps etc.
From minimalistic designs, mordern designs, fancy sparkly styles, to classic designs, to integrated LED designs, we can cover them all.

Engineering

Lighting Products Engineering

From a design sketch to the finished product, a lot of work and considerations are needed for the product to be safe, reliable, and costeffective. Our engineering team will start from sketch and CAD and explore different ways to construct the product, then refine or redesign the parts and bits form there to find the best solutions.
After the brainstorming, protopyes are needed to test and examine the construction, so we have a prototyping workshop for this job. When metal parts/components are not enough, we use 3D printing to help us build parts for the prototypes or test out the design.

Our metal workshop is part of the equation to our competitiveness. By having our own metal workshop, we can have lower unit cost on each parts, shorter lead time, quicker response, and great quality control over the parts.
In house equipments ranges from basic punching press, drill press, to wire electrical discharge machine, hydraulic stretcher, hydraulic shears, types of rollers, and different kinds of welding machines.

Plastic Parts

Plastic Parts

In order to keep the cost of our products competitive, we have an affiliated plastic injection molding factory offsite to manufacture plastic parts for our products. Modern plastic parts are great at reducing cost, assembly time, and often they can shape and work in forms that metal parts cannot. Plastic parts not only can be in different colors and metal like finishings, they are also rust proof and robust which makes them great for outdoor applications.

Eco-Friendly

Global Warming and climate change are affecting our lives and other animals on the planet earth. Here at Junhua, as a manufacturer, we want to reduce the enviremental impact of the packagings on our products. We can offer more eco-friendly packagings that prioritize cardboard and paper use and minimizes the use of plastic tapes and ploy-foams. This can not only reduce the enviremental impact of plastic packagings, customers can recyle or dispose the paper packaging more easily since plastics often require special ways to dispose/recyled.
